A few notes... 

  • All fees paid upfront monthly or quarterly (contracts)... All fees paid in US dollars
  • Unless otherwise indicated (i.e., 6 month minimum), all work is month-to-month
  • no contract required unless lower fee is negotiated (6 month minimum)
  • Most work is done from my office; travel adds $500 per day to the fee (this is waived if project has more than 6 days per month scheduled).
  • Expenses are invoiced separately (not included in fees; please see terms)

  • Fee structure is a daily rate
  • Lead generation/pipeline building campaign uses a combination of legacy sales and internet marketing techniques. It can be for products that are new, possibly because it is a replacement that is faster, cheaper, better... or for a complex, difficult sale such as contract manufacturing or clinical development technologies. It can also be for products that have been on the market for a while but need a serious injection of caffeine ;)
  • Lead generation/pipeline building campaign projects can be from a minimum of 6 months to several years
  • If your company requires more sales bandwidth, my business development offering can be tied with this offering
  • Typical projects are 4-12 days per month

business development
  • Fee structure is a daily rate; can also be daily rate discounted plus success fee (5% - 20% success fees) (for products that have some track record of sales)
  • My business development activity is typically for complex, new, long sales cycle, missionary sale development
  • Can include lead generation website development; setup for email marketing; video editing and video marketing; survey design, market selections and survey data collection and processing; mobile marketing setup and marketing
  • Business development projects can be from a minimum of 6 months to several years
  • 12 month Termination Sales Continuance (TSC)... meaning a commission is paid if a sale I identified is booked within 12 months of my departure. TSC can vary depending on product, sales cycle, etc.
  • Typical projects are 4-12 days per month

fees
  • $2,000 per day (project rate) (paid monthly upfront) (no monthly commitment)
  • $1,600 per day (project rate) (paid monthly upfront) (minimum 6 month commitment) (60 day out/both parties)
  • $250 per hour for small projects (less than 8 hours per month), short consultations and piecemeal work
  • 5% - 20% success fees additional for business development projects (daily rate may be discounted for this option)
  • $500/day additional for any overnight travel for clients
  • $1,950/month... To take a test drive (see how we work together and try out my services), I offer a 3 month package that includes 2+ days per month (2 days per month of proactive work, plus whatever time needed to respond to inquiries, communicate with client and prospects, do phone and video conferences with client and prospects). If we are all satisfied with the work, we can then set up a program that is commensurate with the project.
